  • Items damaged by misuse.

3 How to Request a Return

  • Contact us via our Support Center.
  • Provide your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  • Ship the item back within 14 days of authorization.

4 Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

5 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damage.

6 Exchanges & Warranty

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Products covered by manufacturer warranty should be claimed directly with the manufacturer. Contact us if you need assistance with warranty inquiries.
